How we rank casinos

This is our proposed evidence framework, not a list of rated operators. No operator scores or customer-review ratings are currently published. An assessment is never a regulator endorsement or a prediction of winnings.

The scoring model

Each eligible operator is reviewed against the same 100-point framework. The percentage beside a criterion is its maximum contribution to the final score. Evidence must be current, attributable and relevant to the country covered by the site. When evidence is incomplete, contradictory or cannot be tied to the exact operator and domain, the affected criterion cannot receive full credit and the operator may remain unpublished.

Six-part evidence framework surrounding a map of Belgium
The six scoring criteria form one evidence framework. No single polished feature, promotion or familiar brand can replace the complete review.
CriterionWeightWhat we examine
Licence and owner transparency20%We verify the relevant licence, named holder, operating entity and the clarity of ownership information. A familiar brand or polished website is not a substitute for a current licence record.
Bonus terms: wagering, max bet and cashout20%We examine the complete promotion terms, including wagering requirements, contribution rules, maximum qualifying bet, expiry and any maximum cashout. Missing or contradictory terms prevent publication.
Withdrawal speed and methods20%We review stated processing stages, supported withdrawal routes, identity checks and documented limits. A fast deposit does not prove that a withdrawal will be processed at the same speed.
Payment methods for the site geography15%We assess whether locally relevant methods are genuinely supported and whether fees, limits, name matching and refund paths are explained. Availability must be checked for the country covered by this site.
Support and mobile experience15%We consider accessible support channels, published service information, mobile usability, readable terms and the ability to complete essential account and verification tasks without avoidable friction.
Responsible-gambling tools10%We look for usable deposit and play limits, time-outs, self-exclusion information, account history and direct help routes. These controls must be findable before a user needs them.

Editorial score and operator-reported reviews

A future editorial assessment would remain separate from placement order, commercial arrangements and any feedback count supplied by an operator. The evidence date and method would have to accompany it. It must not be described as a customer rating. At present, no completed operator assessments are displayed on this guide.

No independently collected customer-review system exists on this guide. An operator-supplied number would not become independently verified merely by appearing beside an assessment. No rating or review markup is used to suggest otherwise.

Three separate lanes for editorial assessment, reported feedback and sponsored placement
Editorial assessment, operator-reported review counts and sponsored placement remain separate evidence lanes; one is never presented as proof of another.

Sponsored placement disclosure

The public campaign displays 22Bet placements labelled as advertisements. These placements and affiliate links can remunerate the publisher. The single #1 advertising position is not an independently assessed first place. Payment for a position does not establish a licence, customer rating or independent ranking.

A commercial agreement or user-supplied publication approval is not a Belgian licence or independent legal certification. No Belgian 22Bet licence or fixed bonus amount has been independently verified by this guide. Applicable Belgian gambling and advertising rules remain relevant. Responsible-gambling, exclusion and complaint pages carry no play advertisements.

How evidence is handled

Licence and ownership checks start with the relevant official register and the exact legal entity. Offer and account claims are checked against current first-party terms. Payment, withdrawal and support claims are recorded with a checked date because availability and processing rules can change. We preserve uncertainty rather than replacing missing evidence with assumptions.

The score does not compare chances of winning, promise a return or claim that gambling is safe. Game outcomes remain uncertain and gambling can cause financial harm. A higher editorial score means stronger evidence against the published criteria; it does not mean that a person is more likely to win or that gambling is an appropriate next step.

Corrections and review cycle

Material changes to a licence, owner, bonus condition, withdrawal rule, local payment method, support route or responsible-gambling control trigger a reassessment. Corrections identify the changed claim and supporting evidence. Operators may submit documentation, but the editorial team decides whether that evidence is sufficient and whether a score or publication state changes.

Evidence review and correction cycle around Belgium
A publication is one stage in a continuing cycle: source collection, dated verification, editorial decision, monitoring and transparent correction.
